Delete things that are no longer needed. Zip up files that are accessed seldomly or, if possible, move them to other storage (CDR, CDRW, zip, etc).

In the Outlook versions I used before, if I highlighted a number of mail messages and right clicked I would have the option of moving them to a folder as well as copying them to a folder. In the present version I am using, I don't seem to be able to do this... I don't have "Copy to Folder" in the right click menu.
